Our office was engaged to investigate the sources of water infiltration through the façade at the referenced property, prepare a design for remediation of the water infiltration, bid the project to qualified bidders, and provide quality assurance services during the work. The project included removal and replacement of façade sealants; repairs to the precast concrete panel facade; targeted masonry repairs; and application of an elastomeric coating to the façade. The project commenced in 2016 and was completed in 2017.
