Our office was engaged to design, bid, and provide quality assurance and oversight of a waterproofing system installed during a comprehensive renovation of an exterior plaza at this landmark downtown Baltimore property. Our design and oversight specifically focused on the waterproofing system; the finishes were designed and installed by others. This was an incredible opportunity to collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and management to achieve a total reimagining of the plaza space.
