New Construction: Building Envelope Design Review and Quality Assurance

We can provide design review and quality assurance services during your new construction project.

Design review is extremely important, particularly when it comes to waterproofing, roofing, and façade systems, and other detailed work. We will ensure that the approved design details and specifications for components such as waterproofing and curtain wall systems (to name just a few) meet the necessary requirements to be warrantied by the Manufacturer. Furthermore, by providing quality assurance services, we ensure that these systems are installed in accordance with industry and the Manufacturer's standards.

We have provided Design Review and Quality Assurance for data center projects throughout the Northern Virginia region. This includes data center building envelope design and consulting for roofs, facades, and waterproofing systems. In addition, we have helped investigate and solve building envelope water infiltration issues in existing data centers.
