Balcony Rehabilitation/Replacement

Our office was engaged by the condominium board to design, bid, and provide quality assurance services for a balcony rehabilitation/replacement project at this historic building. Work included installation of new mortar joints, new brick masonry, new stainless-steel supports and connections, new precast concrete brackets, bracket caps, window headers, and slab sections, new precast water table sections; repair and/or selective replacement of railings, and steel lintel replacement as well as coating applications and painting of completed work.
