Our office was engaged by management to provide design, bid, and quality assurance services for a property-wide Façade, Roof, and Balcony Repair project. An initial survey revealed deterioration and damage that required remediation. Work included replacement of façade finishes including stone veneer and siding, removal and replacement of façade sealants, door and window replacements, roof shingle and sheathing repairs, gutter removal and replacement, balcony decking and waterproofing replacement, Juliet balcony projection reconstruction, PVC trim and Zip system sheathing replacement, and joist, beam, and column replacements.
