Our office was engaged by Property Management to design, bid, and provide quality assurance for a comprehensive garage restoration project at this property that encompasses an entire city block. The scope of work included selective demolition, using both pneumatic hammers and hydrodemolition; concrete repairs; grout injection; removal and replacement of joint sealants and expansion joints; application of a traffic coating and corrosion inhibitor; painting; and drain installation. This project commenced in 2018 and is estimated to be completed in early 2020.
