Our office was engaged by Property Management to oversee a comprehensive garage restoration project at this Georgetown landmark. The contractor on this project used hydrodemolition to perform the majority of the concrete demolition required to complete the rehabilitation work. Upon conclusion of the required concrete repairs, a corrosion inhibitor was applied. Phase 1 of the project commenced in 2017 and was completed in Spring 2018. Phase 2 will commence in the Fall of 2019.
