Our office was engaged by the developer to provide a review of the waterproofing system design and quality assurance services for a total gut and restoration of this historic facility in Northeast Washington, D.C. The scope of work included comprehensive review of all design documents associated with the waterproofing systems to be used during construction, from below-grade foundation wall waterproofing, to façade & window system waterproofing, and roofing.
