Two Fountain Square – Roof Replacement Project

Our office was engaged to investigate the cause of a roof system uplift failure and determined it was due to moisture and air infiltration combined with wind uplift loading. Our office designed the roof replacement system, bid the project to several bidders, and was subsequently contracted by Management to provide quality assurance services during the roof replacement work. Work included full removal of the failed roof assembly and associated components and replacement with a Fibertite KEE-PVC fully-adhered membrane system. The work commenced in the Summer of 2018 and was completed in the Fall of the same year.
