We inspect the major components of the building (façade, roof, foundation, parking garage (if applicable), terraces, balconies, patios, site elements such as sidewalks, surface parking lots, etc., as well as survey the interior spaces for structural or water damage to evaluate the current condition. We photograph and document observed deficiencies and evidence of deterioration such as water stains and corrosion, and we prepare a report of our findings, including budgets for proposed remedial work.
